Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that RCC Cements Limited ("the Company") had submitted an

application to BSE Limited on September 03, 2025 for re-classification of M/s Focus Impex

Private Limited, Ms. Preeti Jain, Mr. Yogesh Jain, Ms. Anupreksha Jain and Yogesh Jain (HUF)

from the "Promoter and Promoter Group" category to the "Public" category pursuant to

Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,

2015.

The Company has received an email communication from BSE Limited on June 10, 2026,

informing that the application for re-classification has been treated as “Closed”. Further, the

status of the application on the Listing Centre portal is presently reflecting as "Case is

Rejected".

However, as of now, the Company has not received any formal letter or

communication from BSE Limited regarding rejection of the application. The Company

will pursue the matter with BSE Limited and seek reopening of the said application.
