With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that on the recommendation of the Audit
Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at
its Meeting held today i.e. June 10, 2026, has approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Chandan (PAN:
AIVPC1820B) as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, with
effect from June 10, 2026, in accordance with provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and
SEBI Listing Regulations.
The details as required under Schedule III- Para A (7) of Part A of Regulation 30 of The SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No.
HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, is enclosed in Annexure A.
The same is also available on the Company's website at www.admanumfinance.com.
We are also in process of submitting the aforesaid intimation XBRL format within the stipulated time.
