With reference to our earlier intimation dated June 08", 2026, regarding the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on

June 11" 2026, we wish to inform you that due to an unforeseen emergency resulting in the unavailability of a key

Board Member, the Company has decided to cancel the said Board Meeting.

Accordingly, the Board Meeting scheduled for June 11™ 2026 stands cancelled until further notice. The revised date of

the Board Meeting shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course in accordance with the applicable provisions

of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This intimation is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
