Anand Rathi Financial Services (ARFSL) clarified an earlier disclosure regarding its pledged shares in Anand Rathi Wealth (ARWL). Initially, ARFSL reported that 5.60 Lakh shares were released from SRSPL and an equal amount was newly pledged with Yes Bank, suggesting no net change in pledged shares. However, due to an operational error, the release from SRSPL did not occur; only the pledge of 5.60 Lakh shares with Yes Bank was executed. Consequently, ARFSL's total pledged shares in ARWL have increased by 5.60 Lakh shares. The corrected total stands at 44.23 Lakh shares, representing 5.33% of ARWL's total share capital, up from 38.63 Lakh shares (4.65%) previously. This pledging was part of shifting collateral to another broker.
