Paisalo Digital Limited — Pledging, 11-06-2026: Pledge/Unpledge

Paisalo Digital's promoter group entities, PROFIITCCH Pvt. Ltd., PRI CAF Pvt. Ltd., and EQUILIBRATED VENTURE CFLOW Pvt. Ltd., have collectively pledged an additional 55.29 lakh shares (approx 0.61% of total equity) as collateral for loans from IIFL Finance Ltd. PROFIITCCH and PRI CAF each pledged 18.10 lakh shares (0.20% each), while EQUILIBRATED VENTURE CFLOW pledged 19.09 lakh shares (0.21%). This transaction increases EQUILIBRATED VENTURE CFLOW's total pledged shares from 7.34% to 7.56% of Paisalo's share capital.
