    Kontor Space's board approved a Rs 22.50 Cr fundraise via 16.85 lakh preferential equity shares and 13.15 lakh warrants at Rs 75/unit. An EOGM is slated for July 10. Shareholder approval pending for a new Independent Director and Secretarial Auditor.
