    NCLT has greenlit the demerger scheme for Indo Thai Securities (ITSL) and Indo Thai Financial Services (ITFSL). ITSL shareholders and unsecured creditors will vote within 45 days on the plan: 1 share of ITFSL for every 1 share of ITSL. Secured creditors and ITFSL shareholders' meetings are dispensed.
