Paushak Limited has announced its 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 30th July, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST, through video conferencing. The company has set Thursday, 23rd July, 2026, as the Record Date for determining dividend entitlements for FY 2025-26, if approved. Shareholders holding physical shares are requested to update their KYC and bank details for electronic dividend payments, following previous corporate actions including a share split and bonus issue. Demat account holders should also update their KYC with their Depository Participant(s). This is important for timely dividend receipt and accurate tax deduction at source.
