AXISCADES Technologies is making a big strategic shift, divesting its Aerospace Engineering Services business to Akkodis Group for up to USD 206.30 million. This significant move sees AXISCADES selling off a segment that contributed 31% to its FY25 consolidated turnover (around 322.59 Cr) and 11.3% to its net worth. The deal will be phased, with Akkodis initially taking a 51% stake and acquiring the remaining 49% after two years. The goal? To redeploy capital into new tech acquisitions, boost manufacturing in aerospace, defense, and ESAI, and strengthen the balance sheet for aggressive future growth.
