Mukka Proteins board approved raising ₹47 Cr via 2 Cr convertible warrants at ₹23.50 each. The company will also invest up to ₹11.10 Cr for a 51% stake in Delta Marine and up to ₹15 Cr for a 51% stake in Aqua Marine to expand its core business.
