REC's subsidiary RECPDCL sold its project-specific SPV, Jalna Power Transmission Limited, for ₹3.22 Cr to Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company. This SPV, which contributed negligibly to REC's financials, is no longer a subsidiary.
