This guarantee secures a new loan facility for the subsidiary under the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme 5.0, an initiative by the Government of India, for which the Board had approved a guarantee up to Rs 0.75 Cr. This action creates a contingent liability for the Company, supporting its subsidiary's financing within the consolidated group, with no promoter interest in the transaction.
