P H Capital Limited has announced the outcome of its Open Offer for Aditya Himmat Bhansali to acquire up to 26% of its shares at Rs. 206.66 each. While the offer aimed for 7.80 lakh shares, worth approximately Rs. 16.12 Cr, only 1 equity share was tendered and accepted. The acquirer had previously secured 21.81 lakh shares, representing 72.70%, through an agreement. Post-offer, the acquirer's total shareholding remains at 72.70%, or 21.81 lakh shares. Public shareholding now stands at 8.18 lakh shares, or 27.30%.
