The company's Board has re-constituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees. Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Pandey will now chair these key committees, with Mr. Mahendra Soni and Ms. Chanchal also appointed as members, strengthening governance.
