Hindustan Adhesives has announced a board meeting on Thursday, June 25th, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31st. The meeting was rescheduled as the finalization and audit of financial statements for its wholly-owned foreign subsidiary, PT. Bagla Group Indonesia (in its first year of operations), required additional time. This delayed the consolidation process for the company's financial statements. Consequently, the trading window for designated persons, previously closed, will now open from Monday, June 29th.
