Lykis Ltd — Important, 15-06-2026: Company Update

The Board has approved a major strategic shift, changing the company's name from Lykis Limited to Krowniq Limited and significantly broadening its business scope. The main object clause will expand from tea gardens to include FMCG, plastic products, construction materials, and diverse trading activities. New leadership includes Mr. Jitendra Kumar Ranka as Chairman & MD, and the regularisation of three other directors. Financial flexibility was enhanced with approved limits for borrowings up to Rs. 100 crore and investments up to Rs. 200 crore. The Board also ratified related party transactions, setting annual limits for various entities up to Rs. 20 crore each.
