L&T Finance (LTF) allotted 1.5 lakh Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) at ₹1 lakh face value each via private placement. This raises ₹1,500 Cr from an identified investor, infusing capital into the company. These NCDs carry an 8.12% coupon and mature in June 2029.
