Aspect Global Ventures has launched an open offer to acquire 26,98,298 equity shares, representing 26% of Iykot Hitech Toolroom's voting capital, for ₹8.50 per share. The total offer amounts to ₹2.29 Crore. Notably, the voting share capital base for this offer considers the forfeiture of 99,01,931 partly paid-up shares, which do not carry voting rights, bringing the effective voting capital to 1,03,78,069 fully paid-up shares. This public offer gives shareholders an opportunity to tender their shares.
