    CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed BLACK BOX LIMITED's Long Term bank facilities at CRISIL BBB+, with the outlook revised from 'Stable' to 'Positive'. Its Short Term rating remains reaffirmed at CRISIL A2. Total bank facilities rated are Rs. 70 Cr, enhanced from Rs. 45 Cr.
