Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd — Important, 17-06-2026: Company Update

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has approved the allotment of 17 Crore equity shares of Re. 1 each at Rs. 21.93 per share through a preferential issue. This share swap involves acquiring 21.25 Crore shares of Global Impx Inc., making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. As a result, Global Impx Inc.'s subsidiaries and step-down subsidiaries will also become part of Blue Cloud Softech. This strategic move expands the company's operational footprint by integrating the acquired entities. Post-allotment, the promoter shareholding will adjust from 38.48% to 31.39%, while public shareholding will increase from 61.52% to 68.61%.
