Samvardhana Motherson International Limited — Credit Ratings, 17-06-2026: Credit Rating- Revision

India Ratings & Research has reaffirmed Samvardhana Motherson's Issuer Rating and NCDs at 'IND AAA' with a Stable outlook, and Commercial Paper at 'IND A1+'. The NCD rated amount was adjusted from 5115 Cr to 4040 Cr due to redemptions and actual issue size. Long-term bank loans were withdrawn after full repayment.
