This action follows a previous land acquisition for approximately Rs. 1.79 Crore, plus stamp duty of Rs. 8.82 Lakh, where sellers allegedly concealed a pre-existing legal dispute. The company has already received Rs. 1.34 Crore from the sellers through a court order.
