Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with sub-para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III thereof, the Directorate General of Health Services, Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (Ethics Committee Division) has issued an order dated 12 June 2026 (received on 16 June 2026) addressed to the HCG Central Ethics Committee of HCG Bangalore Institute of Oncology (KR Unit Ethics Committee), located at HCG Towers, Tower-I, P. Kalinga Rao Road, Sampangi Ram Nagar Bangalore Bengaluru (Bangalore) Urban Karnataka - 560027 India, which is one of the units of the Company, directing that the KR Unit Ethics Committee shall be suspended from approving or overseeing any new clinical trial or bioavailability/bioequivalence study, for a period of 24 months from the date of receipt of the order. The suspension is addressed to and limited to this KR Unit Ethics Committee and does not extend to any other ethics committees or other operations (including hospital operation and patient care), or any other unit of the Company. The Company is examining the suspension order and the available legal remedies.
