    RBL Bank issued 92.91 Cr shares to Emirates NBD for ₹26,015.77 Cr, raising paid-up capital from ₹619.42 Cr to ₹1,548.56 Cr. ENBD now holds 60% as a promoter. The board has been reconstituted with five new ENBD-appointed directors.
