    Lloyds Engg (LEWL) to acquire 52.16% of Steel Infra Solutions (SISCOL) for ~₹635 Cr. Funds raised via ~₹504 Cr share issuance & ~₹5 Cr preferential issue. Board approved ~₹1,000 Cr borrowings & ~₹2.5 Cr for LADSL. EGM on July 15.
