Lloyds Engineering acquired 52.16% of Steel Infra Solutions (SISCOL) for ~Rs 635.40 Cr, part of a ~Rs 1,073.40 Cr group acquisition. This expands capabilities, adding ~Rs 817 Cr revenue (FY26) and a ~Rs 1,134 Cr order book, targeting ~Rs 10,000 Cr revenue by FY29/30.
