Saint-Gobain Sekurit India has announced a significant change in its financial leadership. Mr. Senthil Nathan Seetharama Gurukkal has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for personal family reasons, effective early August. Following this, the Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Vidya Shankar as the new CFO. Ms. Shankar, an experienced Chartered and Cost Accountant, brings over 16 years of finance and leadership experience from within the Saint-Gobain Group. This transition ensures a smooth change in key management personnel, maintaining strong financial oversight.
