Colinz Laboratories Ltd — Important, 01-01-1970: Company Update

Acquirers Annjana Dugar, Likhitta Dugar, and Antariksh Dugar, together with Padam Dugar (PAC), have announced an Open Offer to public shareholders of Colinz Laboratories Limited. They seek to acquire up to 6,54,966 equity shares, representing 26% of the company's voting capital, at ₹54 per share. This cash offer totals approximately ₹3.54 Cr if fully accepted. This follows their agreement to acquire 8,70,500 shares (34.56% voting capital) from Vijaya Mani for approximately ₹4.35 Cr. Upon completion, the Acquirers and PAC will assume control and become co-promoters, while the seller will transition to the public category.
