Colinz Laboratories Ltd — Important, 18-06-2026: Company Update

Colinz's promoter, Ms. Vijaya Mani, has signed an agreement to sell 8.705 Lakh equity shares, representing 34.56% of the company's capital, to three acquirers at Rs. 50 per share. This move will result in a change of control, with the acquirers taking over management. Ms. Mani will step down from the board. The acquirers, who already own 3.78 Lakh shares (15.01%), will become the new promoter group. Following this, an Open Offer for 6.55 Lakh shares, or 26% of the voting share capital, will be made to public shareholders.
