With reference to the captioned subject, the stock exchange is requested to note the following.

1. ResignaƟon of Non- execuƟve Director- Mr. A. Sudheer Reddy (DIN: 07184171) from the Board of

Dynavision Green SoluƟons Limited (Material Subsidiary Company).

This is to inform that the Board of Subsidiary Company – Dynavision Green Solutions Limited, in its meeting

held today ie., 18.06.2026, took note of resignation of Mr. A. Sudheer Reddy (DIN: 07184171), Non- executive

Director from the Board of Dynavision Green Solutions Limited (Material Subsidiary Company) with effect

from 30th June, 2026. The Board of Directors of the Material Subsidiary Company has noted the same and

placed on record its sincere appreciation for the contribution made by Mr. A. Sudheer Reddy during his

tenure as a Board Member.

Relevant details in relation to the resignation is enclosed as Annexure I to this letter.

2. Appointment of Mr. Suleelal.V (DIN: 10711642), as AddiƟonal Director in the Capacity of Non- ExecuƟve

Director in the Board of Dynavision Green SoluƟons Limited (Material Subsidiary Company)

This is to inform that the Board of Subsidiary Company – Dynavision Green Solutions Limited, in its meeting

held today, ie., 18.06.2026 appointed Mr. Suleelal.V (DIN: 10711642), as Non- executive Director in the Board

of Dynavision Green Solutions Limited (Material Subsidiary Company) with immediate effect. Mr. Suleelal V

is also holding the position of Managing Director in Dynavision Limited (Holding Company)

Details with respect to the above appointment are provided in the Annexure-II to this letter
