Sandu Pharmaceuticals has announced the passing of Shri Umesh Sandu, its Promoter and Managing Director. His demise marks an irreparable loss for the company, which greatly benefited from his vision and active participation. Consequently, he ceases to be a member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Shri Sandu held 13,88,693 shares in the company.
