    Emirates NBD's open offer for 26% of RBL Bank shares saw zero tenders. However, Emirates NBD successfully acquired a 60% stake in RBL Bank via a preferential issue for approximately ₹25,916 Cr. This makes Emirates NBD the new promoter, securing control of the bank.
