Cyient Ltd. has announced a buyback offer to acquire up to 64 lakh shares for a maximum of ₹720 Cr, at a price of ₹1,125 per share. The buyback will be conducted through a tender offer route via the stock exchange. It opens on June 23, 2026, and closes on June 30, 2026. Promoters do not plan to participate, which is expected to increase their shareholding from 23.28% to 24.70% post-buyback. The company has reserved 9.60 lakh shares for small investors, aiming to improve EPS and return on equity.
