Sandu Pharmaceuticals reports the untimely passing of Shri Umesh Sandu, its Promoter and Managing Director. The company stated his vision and active participation immensely benefited its operations, calling his demise an "irreparable loss." Consequent to his passing, he ceases to be a member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Shri Sandu held approximately 0.14 Cr shares in the company.
