Sanstar will issue ~1.80 Cr equity shares at ~Rs 110 each, raising ~Rs 198.26 Cr via a preferential issue to Corn Products Development Inc. (Ingredion group). Funds will boost working capital & general corporate needs. Investor gets a board seat & pre-emptive rights, enhancing Sanstar's growth.
