    Viji Finance issued 8.85 Cr convertible warrants for Rs. 247.80 Cr via a preferential issue. This was a reduction from an earlier plan for 12.75 Cr warrants worth Rs. 357 Cr as some investors withdrew. The company has received Rs. 6.195 Cr (25% upfront payment).
