Tulive Developers Ltd — Important, 01-01-1970: Company Update

Tulive Developers is proceeding with its voluntary delisting. The Acquirers and Persons Acting in Concert previously expressed their intent to acquire public shares and delist the company. Saffron Capital Advisors is the Manager for this delisting offer. Following a reverse book building process, the stock exchange has communicated that trading in Tulive Developers' equity shares will cease on June 25, 2026, with the official delisting effective July 03, 2026.
