Ujaas Energy's board approved the appointment of Mrs. Geeta Mundra as Non-Executive Director & Chairman and Mr. Vikalp Mundra's reappointment. They also cleared an enabling resolution to borrow funds up to ₹1,000 Cr. All decisions are subject to shareholder approval.
