Fox Petroleum Group will strategically invest USD 50 million in Danube Industries. This investment, split into two USD 25 million tranches, aims to fuel Danube's expansion, technology development, and business growth. The first tranche strengthens existing operations, while the second targets strategic acquisitions. This partnership will transform Danube into a technology-focused enterprise, with plans to rename it Fox Danube Technologies Limited. Funds will support initiatives in artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, IT services, and energy technologies, scaling operations and creating new growth avenues. Danube also plans to establish an AeroDefence Division, signaling entry into aerospace and advanced technology.
