Puretrop Fruits Limited announced the reconstitution of its Board committees following the resignation of Mr. Ashok Chandumal Murajani as an Independent Director. He chaired the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, and was a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. The Board re-aligned the membership of these key committees to ensure continued governance. Mr. Pradeep Katyal now chairs the Audit and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, Mrs. Sharada Iyer chairs the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Mrs. Nanita Ashok Motiani chairs the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
