Zota Health Care (ZOTA) has acquired an 80% stake in Globotask IT Consultancy Services (GITCPL) for Rs. 0.25 Cr. This strategic move aims to bring IT solutions in-house, including cloud-based software, mobile app development, website design, and custom ERP systems for Zota and its subsidiaries. GITCPL, with a FY26 turnover of Rs. 0.19 Cr, will now operate as a Zota subsidiary. This acquisition enhances Zota's internal tech capabilities, streamlining operations and fostering digital integration across its business.
