Syrma SGS Tech and Kaga Electronics India form a JV to build an advanced EMS manufacturing facility in India. Syrma will hold 60% with an ~INR 15 Cr initial investment, Kaga 40% with ~INR 10 Cr. This expands Syrma's EMS capabilities, targeting Japanese clients.
