Muthoot Capital Services is issuing 15,000 Senior, Secured, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement to raise ₹150 Crores. Each NCD has a face value of ₹1,00,000, offers a 9.25% annual coupon (quarterly payouts), and matures in 24 months (June 29, 2028).
