    Sahana Systems announced a 1:5 bonus share issue and plans to move from NSE SME to Main Boards of NSE & BSE, subject to shareholder approval. Authorized capital will also rise from Rs 10 Cr to Rs 24.95 Cr. The Board also regularized two director appointments.
