Eco Hotels And Resorts Ltd — Important, 22-06-2026: Company Update

Eco Hotels and Resorts reminds shareholders holding partly paid-up equity shares from its Rights Issue to pay outstanding First and/or Second Call Money. Each call is for ₹3.80 per share. Delayed payments will incur 10% annual interest. Shareholders who paid Call Money late must pay only the interest. All payments are due by June 30, 2026. Failure to pay may lead to forfeiture of shares and prior payments. Successful completion of these calls will convert partly paid shares into ₹7.50 paid-up equity shares, which will then be credited to a new ISIN. Trading of ISIN “IN9638N01036” (₹7.50 paid-up) is already suspended.
