Polyplex's step-down subsidiary, PTL, is target of a tender offer for all its shares by AGPH (Thailand) Ltd. The offer price is 15.00 THB per share, valuing the deal at 13.50 billion THB. AGPH is related to Polyplex's 24.28% equity shareholder.
