Raymond Realty, listed July 2025, posted FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹3,039 Cr (+29%) & net profit of ₹305 Cr (+11%). Pre-sales hit ₹3,023 Cr (+31%). The company expanded with 7 new MMR projects, adding ₹3,000 Cr GDV in Kandivali, maintaining a ₹42,000 Cr pipeline. A maiden ₹2/share dividend is proposed.
