    Bharti Airtel increased its Airtel Africa stake to ~79% by acquiring 16.3% from ICIL. In exchange, Airtel allotted 146.76 million new shares to ICIL, raising its paid-up capital to ~3120 Cr. ICIL now holds ~3.25% of Airtel.
