This acquisition enhances Maximus International's presence in the lubricants and petroleum products market. The agreement was executed with Mr. Aniruddh Gandhi, a director and related party of Maximus International, and the transaction was conducted on an arm’s length basis, ensuring fair terms for the company and its shareholders.
