Gayatri Highways (GHL) announced progress on selling its 49% stake in associate HKR Roadways. The sale, pending conditions, is expected to fetch ~INR 200 Cr, with potential ~INR 48 Cr more. HKR contributed 0.63% (~INR 7.12 Cr) to GHL's last fiscal net profit.
